Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are having complaints of loss of ability to comfortably view near objects. 2. Between the age group of 40 to 55 years will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient not willing for trial 2 Patients suffering from infectious conditions of the eye like conjunctivitis scleritis uveitis glaucoma stye sjogrens syndrome etc 3 Patient who need surgical and other interventions 4 Patients with diabetes pregnancy or on drugs such as aspirin and sulfonamides which are known to affect ciliary spasm
