Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient between the age group 25-75 years of either sex.Patient having classical signs & symptoms of janu sandhigata vata samavastha i.e shoola,shotha,ankunchanyopravruticchya vedana.Patient fit for nadi sweda karma.Patient who will give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having history of surgery of knee Transplantation. Patients taking Steroid NSAIDS Analgesic Or Any other treatment for osteoarthritis. Patients Not willing for given written consents. Patient had Knee injury due to road traffic accident. Patient with gouty arthritis rheumatoid arthritis and any other serious systemic disorders.
