Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 65 years and above With a history of fall within 1 year Independent ambulation Both male and female Participants willing to Co-operate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: � Participants with any severe cardiovascular, respiratory and neurological conditions. � Visual or hearing impaired. � Acute Orthopaedic conditions. � Spinal Deformities or Surgeries
