Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: hemoglobin ranging from 8-12g% participants who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: long term use of NSAIDs pregnant or lactating women those with hemoglobin less than 8g % on iron supplements or B12 supplements malabsorption syndrome history of sickle cell anemia, thalasemia, chronic bleeding. female with PCOD, irregular menstruation
