Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: obese patients. obese patients with either NIDDM or hypertension. But only those patients were included who had abnormal lipid profile.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypothyroidism. Pregnant women. Patients with IDDM.

assessment of LDL,HDL,Trigyceride,total cholesterol through blood serum examination.Timepoint: AT duration of 15, 30,45 and 60 days.—
