Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those people who suppress the urge of defecation voluntarily for a long period at least 1 month Dyschezia and presenting with symptoms induced due to Purish Vega Dharan Age between 25 to 60 years Both Male and Female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients taking laxatives. Major diseases Cardiac disorders, Respiratory disorders, Renal Failure.Psychiatric and Seizure Patients. IBS, Faecal Impaction, Intestinal obstruction, Hernia, Hypertension, Chronic and peptic ulcer, Gastrointestinal Disease, Tuberculosis, Hypothyroidism, Functional Constipation, Infrequent or hard bowel movement, Uremia, Diabetes, Colorectal cancer, Hypercalcemia, Diverticular disease, Fissure, Fistula, Haemorrhoids. Pregnant and lactating mothers and menstruating women. Weak and debilitated person

The oucome of the treatment will be assessed based on relief in signs and symptoms of purish vega dharan i.e pakvashyashool, shiroshoola, vata varcho apravartnam, adhmanam, pindiko udveshtanaTimepoint: Baseline,2nd , 3rd,4th week,and post-study follow up at 6th week

The outcome will be assessed based on the relief in sign and symptoms of purish vega dharna i.e pakvashyashoola, shiroshoola, vata varcho apravartnam, adhmanam, pindiko udveshtana. Based on observation conclusion will be drawn.Timepoint: Baseline,2nd , 3rd,4thweek,andpost-studyfollow up at6th week
