Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed T2DM by physician prior to the study Availability of a medical file at the diabetic clinic or having recent report of HbA1c A history of at least one year of diabetes mellitus Currently being under medical care for diabetes and doing exercise prescribed by health care professional Sex : Males and Females Age â?? 18- 65 years of age group Ability to read/write Guajarati / English language Willingness to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of acute T2DM complications at inclusion (diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar state) Any kind of psychiatric disorder that may interfere with study procedures and results Inability to understand study procedures or provide consent for participation Any comorbid conditions that could affect quality of life Physical, Mental and/or conditions that could interfere with the participantâ??s ability to understand and/or answer questions in any of the used scales
