Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Those suffering from or fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Fistula in Ano 2 Patients who are to undergo Kshara sutra Karma 3 Age- 20 to 50 years of either sex 4 Patients willing to undergo Trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients not willing to undergo trial 2 Those suffering from specific systemic disorders 3 Patient unfit for Kshara sutra karma 4 HIV and HBsAg positive patients 5 Uncontrolled Diabetes Melitus patients 6 Patients having any history of Malignancy, Hypertension, Tuberculosis, etc.
