Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient aged 15-35 years Patients requiring extraction of upper first premolar Patients undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment using MBT prescription brackets

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medically compromised patients Patients under NSAIDs that would hinder orthodontic tooth movement. Patients with severe crowding.
