Intervention1: Deep Muscle Percussion: The treatment will be given to participants for 3 days per week for 4 consecutive weeks. After completion of treatment, post treatment measurement of Spasticity

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of both genders between age group of 18-65 year with plantar flexors muscle spasticity score base on Tardieu scale. Participants should have a score between 21and 40 according to BBS which represents acceptable balance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of inflammatory rheumatic or infectious diseases, cardiorespiratory disorders, psychiatric diseases, new fractures, and severe degenerative joint diseases. Participants suffering from sensory dysfunction, vestibular disorder or any other ailment which may lead to rigidity or flaccidity. Any kind of lower limb injury or any wound or scar at the PF muscle belly.
