Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Objectives:- 1. Assess the effectiveness of the Skill Training Programme on Hospital Disaster Management in improving the Learning and behaviour of Nursing Faculty between the experimental and control group based on modified Kirkpatrickââ?¬•s evaluation model. 2. Assess the reaction to Skill Training Programme on Hospital Disaster preparedness among Nursing faculty who have given training in the Skill Training Programme on Hospital Disaster Management based on modified Kirkpatrickââ?¬•s evaluation model. Population:- Administrators of hospitals and Nursing institutions, Doctors involved in Hospital Disaster management and Nursing faculty in Government and Private Colleges. The intervention part involves the Nursing faculty alone. Intervention:- Skill training programme on Hospital Disaster Management Competencies for Nursing Faculty Comparator:- No training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: �Those who are not willing to participate. �Nursing Faculty received formal training in Hospital Disaster Management.

�Learning: - Significant difference in the pre-test and post test score of Learning ( Knowledge and Skill) on Hospital Disaster preparedness competencies after the implementation of Skill Training Programme between experimental and control group. � Reaction: - Trainees� reaction to trainers, training delivery and training programme. The Measurement Instrument will be a questionnaire which will be administered immediately after the training. �Behaviour: - Measures of change in performance of trainees after completing training. Measurement Instrument will be a questionnaire which will be administered one month after the training.Timepoint: �Learning: - Before and immediately after the intervention. �Reaction: - The Measurement Instrument administered immediately after the training. �Behaviour: - Measurement Instrument will be a questionnaire which will be administered one month after the training.
