Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients clinically suspected to have renal mass and lesion. All patients incidentally diagnosed renal masses by ultrasound and computed tomography Cases of all ages and both sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients have simple renal cyst (Bosniak category -1)confirmed on ultrasonography Patients have history of abdominal trauma Extra renal mass invading renal parenchyma GFR <60ml/min/1.73m2
