Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with age >18 years diagnosed as sub-acute hemiplegia between 4 weeks to 6 months following a first-time stroke. 2. Haemorrhagic or ischemic stroke involving one hemisphere and diagnosed clinically and radiologically with a CT scan. 3. Patient having Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score = 24 4. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent strokes 2. Communication Problems 3. Stroke patients with unilateral neglect, apraxia, and agnosia. 4. Post-traumatic hemiplegic patients. 5. Uncontrolled Hypertension 6. cardiac failure, unstable angina, and patient with a respiratory disorder. 7. A sudden worsening condition that prevented the patient from resuming rehabilitative training.
