Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)cardinal symptoms of Artavkshay a)yathochit kal adarshan Menstrual cycle > 35 days b) alpata Menstruation c) yoni vedana pain in yoni 2)Rotterdam criteria 2003-requires any two of following criteria a) oligomenorrhoea or amenorrhoea b) hyperandrogenism c) usg suggestive of polycystic ovaries 3) patients age between 16 to 40 years 4) both married and unmarried women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) severe anaemia 2) patient taking hormonal therapy 3) k/c/o fibroids adenomyosis endometriosis 4) suspected pregnancy and lactating women

1)To evaluate Pushpakarak action of Jyotishmatyadi arka on interval between 2 cycles 2)To evaluate efficacy of Jyotishmatyadi arka on duration and amount of menstrual flow 3)to evaluate efficacy of Jyotishmatyadi arka on grade of pain . 4)to evaluate efficacy of Jyotishmatyadi arka on FSH : LH ratio and serum testosteroneTimepoint: Treatment will be given from 16th day to 30th day of menses for 3 consecutive menstrual cycle follow up will be on 5th day and 15th day of menses of every cycle total days of treatment will be 3 months
