Inclusion criteria: 1. Office Professional with neck pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neck pain of traumatic origin/ associated with numbness or weakness in upper extremities. 2. Headache or Giddiness. 3. History of hospitalization in the last 6 months
