Inclusion criteria: Blood sample of Healthy human volunteers of age 18 yrs to 35 yrs both male & female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus Hypotensive patient Bleeding disorders Anemia Acute infection and septicemia Immune compromised patients Pregnant and lactating women Patient on Anticoagulant therapy and oral contraceptives Other serious systemic disorders
