Intervention1: Superior hypogastric nerve block: 10ml 0.25% bupivacaine will be injected laparoscopically at beginning of TLH in presacral area. Control Intervention1: Nil: superior hypogastric plexus

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women who are scheduled to undergo laparoscopic hysterectomy for benign conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy to any of the study medications. 2. Acute PID 3. Patients with chronic pain syndromes

To compare the postoperative (2hours) VAS score in women receiving Superior Hypogastric Plexus Block (SHP) Block with those not receiving SHP Block during Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy (TLH).Timepoint: 2hours after surgery

MeasureTime frame
To compare the quality of recovery in women receiving SHP Block with those not receiving SHP Block during TLH.Timepoint: 24 hours after TLH
