Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent of patient Planned laproscopic surgery Age > or equal to 18 years Mouth opening > or equal to 2 or 2 & half fingers Mallam patti grade 1 & 2 ASA grade 1 & 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency laproscopic surgeries Age 65 years Mallam patti grade 3 & 4 , nil mouth opening Previous oral surgery/ throat surgery, airway pathology (oral, pharyngeal ,laryngeal carcinoma) Morbid obesity BMI >35 kg/m2 Pregnant women
