Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants who agree to give written informed consent. 2.Participants who can understand English, Hindi or Gujarati languages. 3.Knee OA of one or both knees with grade 1, 2 and 3 (Kellgren and Lawrence classification system) based on plain x-rays.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any lower limb injury or surgery within 6 months. 2.Participants diagnosed with neurological disorders. (UMN or LMN disorders) 3.Participants who unable to do weight bearing bilaterally.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Goniometry measurement for knee flexion and knee extension will be taken in participants with osteoarthritis of knee. 2.Womac scale is subjective measure and with 24 components. Timepoint: 1.Goniometry Measurement will be taken before intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention. 2.Womac Measurement will be taken before intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention.

1.visual analouge scale is numerical scale which measures the pain of an individual. it is 10cm line with one end marked as 0(zero) indicates no pain and other end marked as 10(ten) indicates worst pain.Timepoint: 1.visual analouge scale will be taken before intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention
