Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy children of 5-8 years old. 2 Children indicated for at least two clinical sessions of dental procedures requiring an inferior alveolar nerve block. 3 Children who exhibited Franklâ??s behavior rating grade three or four i.e. positive and definitely positive. 4 No prior experience of dental anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Children with a history of the diagnosed neurobehavioral disorder. 2 Children with a known history of allergy to any local anaesthetic agent. 3 Children who do not accept the application of the buzzy device due to cooling or vibration or both. 4 Active infection at the site of injection.
