Inclusion criteria: Individuals of an Indian nationality

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Individuals with a psychiatric illness, self-reported by the participant ii. Individuals with a present or past history of eating disorders, self-reported by the participant iii. Never having watched mukbangs or eating shows on the Internet in the past one year, self-reported by the participant

i. Assessment of Mukbang watching addiction, Eating distress, and psychological wellbeing among emerging adults. ii. Determining the difference in eating distress in mukbang watching addiction and non-addiction groups. iii.
