Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical symptoms of low back pain with or without radiological changes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 20 years and above 60 years of age will be excluded. 2. Patient suffering from paralysis. 3. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, neoplastic disorders. 4. Pregnancy � Severely malnourished, debilitated � Myelopathy
