Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Indian Geriatric Population 2)Patient should be able to stand for 30 seconds without support 3)Minimum of 90 degrees of shoulder flexion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of any upper or lower extremity injury/surgery 2) Individuals with neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, respiratory problems 3) Individuals with any cognitive illness or difficulty in understanding
