Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are willing to give informed and written consent 2. Patients of age 18 to 60 years admitted to intensive care unit 3. Patients who needs prolonged mechanical ventilation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who refused to give consent Patients who are bleeding disorders
