Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with idiopathic Parkinsons diseas, clinical diagnosis made according to the UK Brain Bank criteria and confirmed by two movement disorders specialists. On stable dopaminergic medication for 4 weeks before enrolment, with a disease duration of fewer than 3 years from diagnosis, mild to moderate disease severity (Hoehn and Yahr stage 2 3 mild to moderate disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not having practiced any form of yoga regularly in the past 6 months, not currently participating in a supervised exercise program for more than 2 days a week, and no history of falls in the past 3 months.
