Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 25 2. Student having tripod grip

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject with musculoskeletal problems related to the dominant upper limb and neurological disorder 2. Recent Surgeries of the dominant hand 3. Any visual and hearing impairment

Hand Writing Speed Test will be use for checking Writting speed. will take in single lecture room and student will ask to write the sentence "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" for 3 min period at the end the number of word counted and writing speed calculated Timepoint: it will be measure before 1st day intervention and after 4 week of intervention

MeasureTime frame
Pinch meter,ranging from 0 to 22kg,will used for the mesurement.Participant will seated,elbow 90 degree flexed foram neutral.will check Lateral pinch,Three point pinch,Two point pinch.all pinch will repeat 3 times and calculate an average.Timepoint: Will be check at the 1st day of intervention and after 4 week of intervention
