Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with grade 0,1,2,3 &4. 2.Patients of both sexes of 2 to 15 years age group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with complications like Quinsy, Septic focus, Septicemia, Laryngeal oedema, Pharyngeal or Retropharyngeal abscess. 2.Diagnosed cases of Adenoids, Obstructive sleep apnea and Acute Rheumatic fever. 3.Patients who require emergency medical intervention and systemic disease with complication.
