Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children aged 6 years to 12 years presenting with acute exacerbation of asthma with past history of acute exacerbation of asthma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CHILDREN LESS THAN 6 YEARS DUE TO DIFFICULTY PERFOMING PEFR CHILDREN WITH HYPOXEMIA SpO2 LESS THAN 90% ROOM AIR CHILDREN WITH CLINICAL SEVERITY SCORE 12-15 (SEVERE) CHILDREN WITH CLINICAL OR RADIOLOGICAL EVIDENCE OF PNEUMONIA
