Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy individuals Diet-Those who take same type of diet in same environment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person already diagnosed with metabolic disorder. Any previous kind surgical (less than 6 months to 1 year) history related to the site of Marma. Pregnancy. Person who is depended upon any kind of allopathic drugs. • Person having any type of addiction.
