Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals between the age of 18 years and 25 years with Indian citizenship residing in urban areas, can speak Hindi, English, and Kannada, and are fluent in reading English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with an active psychological illness undergoing psychotherapy will be exempt from the study.
