Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young Female Athletes Age Group Between 18-25 Participant Who Can Understand English, Hindi or Gujarati Languages

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subject with chronic pain in lower limb injury to lower limb in last 6 month any surgery for lower limb any neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary and vascular condition subjects who refused to sign consent form

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
barbell squat test the participants stand under the bar, with feet shoulder â?? width apart. The knees should be in proper line with the toes. Take the weight on the shoulders, and then bend at the knees and hips to lower the body. The head and neck should be in a neutral position with eyes facing forward (avoid rounding of the spine). Lower the body until the knees is at a right angle, the push back up to a standing position.Timepoint: It will be measure before training and at the end of training 4th week.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
vertical jump test each participant will stand side to a wall, and reached up with the hand closest to the wall. Feet kept flat on the ground, the point of the fingertips will mark or record. That will called the standing reach height. The participants then stand away from the wall, and jumped vertically as high as possible. Try to reach the wall at the highest point of the jump and marked. The difference in distance between the standing reach height and the jump height will be measure as a score.Timepoint: It will be check at the beginning of the training and at the end of training 4th week.
