Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals between ages of 18 and 25 years 2. Individuals using interactive social media applications such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal and other similar applications 3. Individuals who can read, write and speak in English 4. Individuals with a minimum education qualification of 12th standard 5. Individuals consenting to this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals spending less than 2 hours on social networking sites 2. Participants with a score greater than 1 on the General Health Questionnaire 5
