Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age group: between 30 yrs. to 60 yrs. 2) Gender: Male and Female both will be included. 3) A known Diabetic on treatment. 4) Patient with fasting blood sugar up to 220 mg/dl & post prandial blood sugar up to 300 mg/dl. 5) Patient having HbA1C in between 7 to 9.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) IDDM, Acromegaly, Cushing’s syndrome, Pancreatic disorder. 2) Pregnant and lactating mothers. 3) Patients with complications of Diabetes Mellitus. 4) Patients with Gastrointestinal diseases, Liver diseases, Tumors, Cardiovascular disease, Acute myocardial infarction, Immune-compromised disease (HIV).

a. To evaluate the efficacy of Tryushnadi Gutika in reducing the elevated Blood Sugar Levels in Madhumeha in fasting state. b. To evaluate the efficacy of Tryushnadi Gutika in reducing the elevated Blood Sugar Levels in Madhumeha in post prandial state. c. To evaluate the efficacy of Tryushnadi Gutika in achieving glycemic control in Madhumeha on the basis of HbA1C.Timepoint: 90 days	—
