Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 65-75 years. 2. The ability to walk at least 30 feet with or without an assistive device and without physical assistance from others. 3. The ability to comprehend instructions and give consent. 4. Berg balance scale score between 21 - 40. 5. MMSE Score > 24 6. PAR-Q Score suggest no risk to improving physical activity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurodegenerative disease. 2. Dementia, history of stroke or carotid sinus sensitivity (i.e., syncope falls). 3. Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >160 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure >100 mmHg) 4. Stable/unstable angina pectoris. 5. Uncontrolled metabolic and chronic disease. 6. Severe cerebro-vascular or peripheral venous insufficiency. 7. History of surgery within the past 6 weeks. 8. Physical impairment that prevents performing the exercises.
