Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects: All patients (aged >=18 years old) undergoing TURP or TURBT 2.American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status (ASA): I to III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with residual tumor after resection of bladder tumor 2.Bladder perforation 3.Active hematuria 4.Patients exhibiting post operative delirium 5.Patients allergic to Bupivacaine or lidocaine 6.Cardiac conduction with partial or total block 7.Patient with progressive hepatic or renal impairment 8.Patient with class III anti-arrhythmia agent(ex: amiodarone) 9.Patient with acute porphyria 10.Patients on corticosteroid therapy 11.History of substance abuse Uncooperative patients / Refusal to participate

| To study the efficacy of postoperative intravesical Bupivacaine administration in reducing in Catheter Related Bladder Discomfort in patients undergoing lower urinary tract electrosurgery such as TURP and TURBT.Timepoint: To study the efficacy of postoperative intravesical Bupivacaine administration in reducing in Catheter Related Bladder Discomfort in patients undergoing lower urinary tract electrosurgery such as TURP and TURBT. The CRBD incidence and severity along with LUTS will then be evaluated at 6 hrs, 12 hrs and 24hrs after de-clamping the catheter.
