Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy consenting participants Completely COVID-19 vaccinated

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals taking / have taken B12 supplements over preceding 3 months. Individuals taking H2 blockers, Proton Pump Inhibitors or those frequently using antacids, Metformin, chronic use of constipation treatment Known patients of Pernicious Anaemia Chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic insufficiency, malabsorption syndrome Patients who have undergone surgical intestinal treatment Pregnant women.
