Intervention1: Phenylepherine administeration to prevent spinal anaesthesia induced hypotension: Patients will be administered 50ug bolus of phenylepherine followed by infusion of 0.1ug/kg/min phenyle

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females undergoing caesarean section & are ASA grade 1 & 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Cardiac comorbidities(Tachycardia , Valvular Dysfunction) b) Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy c) Peripartum bleeding(APH) d) Body mass index > 40kg/m2 (Obesity) e)Baseline Systolic blood pressure f)Thyroid disordera

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate hypotension induced by spinal anaesthesia in norepinephrine group. To evaluate hypotension induced by spinal anaesthesia in phenylepherine group. To compare hypotension in both the groups.Timepoint: SBP and DBP measured from baseline till 5 minutes after delivery of baby.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Hemodynamic parameters of mother such as maternal bradycardia, intraoperative nausea & vomiting and APGAR scores of neonates at 1 min and 5 min will be noted. Umbilical venous ABG will also be assessed in view of fetal acidosis.Timepoint: Hemodynamic parameters of mother such as maternal bradycardia, intraoperative nausea & vomiting and APGAR scores of neonates at 1 min and 5 min will be noted.
