Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects between the age group of 25 and 45 years. 2.Subjects with classical Lakshanas of Sthoulya and clinical features of Obesity 3.B.M.I in between 29- 34 4.Subjects fulfilling the eligibility criteria of Basti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient having B.M.I. >34 will also be excluded 2.Patients with Endocrinal disorder & other systemic diseases. 3.Patients with long term Steroid treatment. •Pregnant & lactating mother. •Subjects not fulfilling the criteria of Basti.
