Intervention1: N95 Face mask: On Day 2, Participant will perform 10 min warm up and then do 400 m run with N95 face mask. After that all psychological variables will be measured with N95 face mask. In

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sports person who participated in competitive sports atleast at district level or with minimum 2 years of training and experience in any sports. 2. Both male and female sports person will be included in the study. 3. Sports person within age group of 18-35 years will be included in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sports person who is not willing to participate in study. 2. Sports person who had been infected by COVID-19 within last four months. 3. Sports person who suffered from chronic disease that may be exacerbated by strenuous physical activity like cardiovascular disease and respiratory conditions like COPD, Asthma etc. 4. Sports person who smokes and uses ergogenic aids. 5. Sports person who is claustrophobic. 6. Sports person who suffered from injury in last three months. 7. Sports person having COVID-19 symptoms during the week of study. 8. Sports person affected with COVID-19.
