Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent to participate in the study 2. Diagnosed with OCD (DSM-5) 3. Symptomatic (CY-BOCS Score >13) 4. Drug naïve (At least drug free since 1 month)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical comorbidities that need priority management. 2. Any contraindication to tDCS 3. Any other psychiatric comorbidity (except Major Depressive Disorder) 4. Intellectual disability • History of treatment resistant OCD
