Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult ASA II, III patients undergoing thoracic surgeries for lung pathologies
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgeries 2. Anomalies of vertebral column 3. Blood or CSF tap during the procedure 4. Patient on anti-coagulants or with bleeding diathesis 5. Patientâ??s refusal to procedure 6. Patients with psychological disorders 7. Patients with opioid abuse/ dependency
