Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 patients. Patients undergoing scheduled maxillofacial surgery less than 3 hours under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing urgent surgery. Patients having hearing impairment diseases. Patients having psychiatric or cognitive disorders. Pregnant ladies. Patients refusing for consent

MeasureTime frame
Post anaesthesia recovery was evaluated using Modified Aldrete post anesthesia recovery score.It has five indices 0 to 2 according to degree of functional disturbances.Timepoint: It will be recorded immediately after extubation and repeated after 20 mins
