Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - The selection criteria of Dustavrana (ie.chronic wounds) cases will be based on the sign and symptoms described in Ayurveda along with modern medical science. - Patients diagnosed as chronic wounds will be randomly selected, irrespective of age, sex etc. - Patients having age between 18-80 years. - Patients with chronic wounds of more than 4 weeks duration will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients suffering from wounds like tubercular wounds, uncontrolled diabetic wounds, wounds due to osteomyelitis, malignant wounds. - HIV associated wounds, HBsAg associated wound will be excluded from study, - Wounds having excessive loss of tissues where skin grafting is mandatory. - Patients having age below 18 years and above 80 years.
