Intervention1: Group A - Plyometric Training: Group A will receive Plyometric Traning 3 Days of Intervention per week for 4 Week with one session of intervention for approximately 35 min a day Control

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Between 18 to 24, Both Genders Included, BMI 18.5-24.9 kg/m2, Players Willing to Participate. College Level Amateur Kabaddi Players

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants Involved in any type of Plyometric Training before, If Player presently with Current or Recent History of Soft Tissue or Orthopaedic Injury, Prior Balance Training, A History of Neuromuscular Disorders, Arthritis or Rheumatologic Disorders, Systematic disease that might Interfere with Sensory Input, Any Visual Impairment
