Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.subjects who agree to give written informed consent 2.upper trapezius spam 3.Students having neck pain with upper Trapezius trigger point 4.Being non athletic 5.restricted Cervical ROM

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cervical Radiculopathy 2.Healing fractures over neck and upper back 3.Dermatitis over upper back 4.H/O Clotting disorder 5.Wound over neck region 6.H/O Shoulder pathology

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Goniometry Measurement for Neck Flexion, Neck Extension, Neck Lateral Flexion will be taken in Students who are having Trapezitis. Universal Goniometer is used to assess ROM.Timepoint: Goniometry Measurement will be taken before intervention after 2 weeks of intervention and on 4th week after last intervention

MeasureTime frame
Visual analog scale is a numerical scale which measures the pain of the individual. It is a 10cm line with one end marked as Zero(0) indicates no pain and other end with Ten (10)indicates intolerable pain or worst type of pain.Timepoint: Visual Analogue Scale will be taken before intervention after 2 weeks of intervention and on 4th week after last intervention
