Inclusion criteria: a. patients who are fulfilling the diagnostic criteria b.between the age group 18-70 years c. patient who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. patients with severe complication of IBS b. serious health issue e.g-CA, diabetes mellitus,hypertention,stroke, HIV C. Subject with impaired renal function,impaired cardiac function,impaired hepatic function d. sign of systemic infection e. pregnant womens and lactating mothers
