Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Professional Football players Males and females of the age group 17-39 years and of the Indian race.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any ligamentous, bony, or other soft tissue injury or surgery within 6 months. BMI >30 History of DVT Peripheral vascular disease Diabetes and hypertension Active infection, cancer and pregnancy

Quadriceps muscle girth. Vertical jump. Kicking velocity. Maximum Number of Single leg mini squat test. Single leg forward hop. Single leg lateral hop. Timepoint: Baseline And After 4 weeks
