Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients of ASA II, III and IV Physical status 2)Age 30-70 years of either gender 3)Patients undergoing Head and Neck Onco surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)patient refusal 2)Hypersensitivity to active substance or any of its excipients 3)Renal insufficiency 4)Patients with history of convulsion 5)Patients in sepsis
