Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All clinically diagnosed cases of Psoriasis attending the Dermatology OPD AIIMS Rishikesh during the study period 2. Age 18 years or more 3. Consenting patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of pre-existing ear pathology 2. Pathological finding on an otoscopic examination 3. Patients with other causes of hearing loss 4. Dumb patients 5. Patients with other spondyloarthropathies, autoimmune disease, other diseases affecting hearing. 6. Pregnancy and nursing mothers.
