Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Major lower limb trauma ( Femur or tibia fractures ) within 48 hours from the time of injury and are planned to be operated within 10 days from the day of trauma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with isolated lateral, medial malleolus fractures, patellar fractures, associated with significant neurotrauma, spine injury with neurodeficit, pathological fractures and those with severe renal and liver dysfunction
